Heißt für dich: Die Farbe kann beim Reinigen gar nicht ausbluten, weil sie in der Deckschicht steckt und nicht im Reinigungswasser landet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBei Kunstleder gilt dasselbe, nur ohne Haut darunter: Die Oberfläche ist von Haus aus ein geschlossener Kunststoff-Film, der Schmutz sitzt obenauf. Deshalb steht Kunstleder gleichberechtigt neben Glattleder auf der Flasche. In vielen Fahrzeugen sind Türverkleidung, Mittelarmlehne und Sitzwangen ohnehin Kunstleder, während nur die Sitzfläche echtes Leder ist. Ein Produkt für beides erspart dir das Sortieren.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDer dritte Schritt ist der, den fast alle weglassen. Nach dem Reinigen steht der gelöste Schmutz als Emulsion auf der Fläche, und wer den Wagen jetzt zuklappt, hat ihn nur umgelagert. Ein zweites, nur mit Wasser befeuchtetes Tuch nimmt ihn auf. Dort treffen zwei Lederkanten und ein Faden aufeinander, und die Vertiefung dazwischen fängt genau das auf, was du aus der Fläche gelöst hast. Wische deshalb nie quer über die Naht, sondern längs an ihr entlang, und nimm den Rand mit der trockenen Tuchseite auf. Sonst schiebst du den Schmutz in die Rille und siehst ihn dort in vier Wochen als dunkle Linie wieder.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAm Lenkrad zeigt sich das zuerst, weil dort mehr Kontaktstunden pro Quadratzentimeter zusammenkommen als auf jeder anderen Lederfläche im Auto. Bei perforierten Sitzen führst du das Tuch flach über die Löcher, statt es hineinzudrücken, und wringst es vorher aus, bis es feucht ist und nicht mehr nass. Man erkennt es daran, dass ein Wassertropfen sofort dunkel einzieht statt stehen zu bleiben. Genau deshalb verlangt der Hersteller vor jeder Anwendung eine Probe an verdeckter Stelle. Farbstoff, der über feine Risse in die Schicht gewandert ist, sitzt dagegen darunter, und dorthin kommt kein Reiniger.
