Wir sehen immer wieder Reparaturen, bei denen der Kleber großzügig aufgetragen wurde und anschließend durch die Poren an die Oberfläche gewandert ist — besonders bei dünnem Nappa- und Bekleidungsleder. Dort härtet er als dunkler Fleck aus, der sich nicht mehr entfernen lässt. Weniger Kleber und ein zweiter Durchgang sind hier immer der schnellere Weg.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBei den Füllstoffen entscheidet die Grundfarbe des Leders. COLOURLOCK \"Filler\" (Black) verhindert, dass helle Reparaturstellen aus dunklem Leder herausleuchten; COLOURLOCK \"Filler\" (White) tut dasselbe umgekehrt und lässt keinen dunklen Untergrund durchscheinen. Beide trocknen an der Luft, lassen sich nach dem Aushärten fein schleifen und bleiben elastisch genug für die Bewegung im Sitz. Trag so wenig auf, dass die Schicht wirklich durchtrocknen kann, und wiederhole lieber einen Durchgang mehr. Zwischen den Lagen hilft warme Luft auf moderater Stufe, danach kurz abkühlen lassen. Aus unserer Praxis: Rechne beim ersten Mal für eine Seitenwange eher mit einem ganzen Nachmittag als mit einer Stunde — nicht wegen der Arbeit, sondern wegen der Wartezeiten.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eNach dem Trocknen sieht eine gefüllte Stelle glatt aus, und genau das ist das Problem: Sie reflektiert anders als die Narbung ringsherum und wirkt wie ein Plastikflicken. Deshalb wird die getrocknete Masse angelöst, geglättet und wieder strukturiert, bevor Farbe darauf kommt. Wer diesen Schritt überspringt, sieht die Reparatur später bei jedem Streiflicht.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDer letzte häufige Fehler ist der bequemste: Farbe direkt auf einen fühlbaren Riss zu tupfen. Was du mit dem Fingernagel spürst, gehört gefüllt — was du nur siehst, gehört gefärbt. In den Außenwangen vieler Autositze sitzen die Sollbruchnähte der Seitenairbags. Werden sie verklebt, vernäht oder mit Füllstoff blockiert, verändert sich das Auslöseverhalten im Ernstfall. Arbeiten an diesen Nähten gehören ausschließlich in zertifizierte Fachbetriebe — unabhängig davon, wie sauber du den Rest beherrschst.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eDie zweite Sperrzone ist perforiertes Leder in klimatisierten Sitzen. Flüssigkeit und Spachtelmasse laufen in die Lochmatrix, lassen die ungeschützten Kanten im Lochinneren aufquellen und ziehen in den Schaum darunter. Wir haben das bei einer Probefläche auf einem perforierten Sitzkissen bewusst ausprobiert: Die Löcher setzten sich zu, und die verstopften Poren waren am Ende auffälliger als der Kratzer, um den es ursprünglich ging. Offenporiges Anilinleder ist der dritte Fall — es saugt Farbe und Fett wie ein Schwamm auf und verlangt Airbrush-Technik statt Pinsel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAuch strukturell gibt es eine Grenze. Ist an der Einstiegswange nicht nur das Leder gerissen, sondern auch das Trägergewebe durch und der Schaum darunter gebrochen, hält dort keine Spachtelmasse den punktuellen Druck beim Darüberrutschen aus. Dieses Segment tauscht ein Sattler. Eine ehrliche Erwartung gehört ebenfalls dazu: Dick gefüllte Stellen fühlen sich dauerhaft etwas gleichmäßiger und gummiger an als gewachsenes Leder, und nachgefärbte Zonen an einem täglich gefahrenen Auto wollen nach etwa ein bis zwei Jahren aufgefrischt werden.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWo die Farbschicht dagegen noch trägt und nur die Oberfläche gelitten hat, ist der Aufwand deutlich kleiner.
